The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by BundleGuide (LynkMe LLC), its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Service permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site.

The BundleGuide name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LynkMe LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Service Provider Relationships

All telecommunications services featured on our Site are provided by third-party service providers. When you sign up for services through our Site, you are entering into a direct agreement with the service provider, not with BundleGuide.

6.2 Service Agreements

6.3 Billing and Payments

All billing, payments, and financial transactions are handled directly between you and the service provider. BundleGuide does not process payments or handle billing for telecommunications services.

6.4 Compensation Disclosure

BundleGuide may receive compensation from service providers when users sign up for services through our platform. This compensation does not affect the pricing you pay for services.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BundleGuide (LynkMe LLC), its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Site.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming, in each case located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally with us for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
